Double white label 12" with info sheet.

This particular test pressing is for the upcoming reissue by Back On Black. The sleeves are taped together and contain a sticker with the catalogue number. The labels for both vinyls say Side A and have a hand written 'B' on them though the matrix numbers list the sides correctly in an A, B, C, D fashion.
